Road Race Programs
Front Rangers Cycling offers three Distinct road racing athletic programs. Program offerings include options for the beginning road race athlete at any level as well as the experienced road racer. Club and Individual racer support varies based on the program.
This page provides an overview for all the programs. Individual programs are described on separate pages - navigate using the menu at top of all pages.
Community Service

Parent Participation
Our expectation is that parents of athletes will participate and support club athletes a minimum of 1 time per month. There are non-riding opportunities available. Here are some possible activities:

Rental/Loaner Equipment
We have a limited number of suitable bicycles for training and racing available for a nominal fee. In addition, we have a limited amount of other available loaner equipment such as clothing, road shoes, and cleats available for athletes.
Program Costs
The cost of each program is listed in each section. We have worked to keep costs competitive with similar clubs and similar junior sports programs in and around Denver. We understand youth athletics are expensive. In addition, certain athletic programs require equipment and cycling is no exception. We have a limited number of scholarships available for athletes whose families are unable to afford the participation fees. We also offer multiple athletes from a single family a discount to make the sport more affordable; a second child from a family will receive a 15% discount.

Age and Ability
The program is open to all children who will be 11 years old by Dec 31, 2022, which is referred to as "race age 11". In other words, an athlete can be 10 years old up until Dec 30, 2022 and will be placed in the Junior 11/12 race group. Don't worry, all the other racers are subject to the same "aging" and this is the way cycling has done it for years.
Each program offering includes options for the beginning road race athlete at any age, as well as the experienced road racer.
The training will be appropriately adjusted to match your age and ability.
2022 Program Offerings
Programs are described on the following pages - our use the menu at top of page to navigate. These are subject to change due to COVID-19, but this is the historical plan. The FRCC is not currently racing cyclocross.
